Mission

Nature-Minded Eating with a Purpose

After obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Food Science in 2005 at Cal Poly, I worked in the corporate food industry for over 10 years & have been consulting as an independent contractor for food companies since 2014.

My passion is sharing what I've learned through both academic & industry experiences as well as what I continue to learn through self-driven research, recipe development & health/fitness experiments.

​

My goal is to empower people to take hold of their health & be informed about how our food choices impact health, our planet, our medical system & federal food legislation. 


You have the power to prevent & even reverse some of the leading causes of chronic disease & death that plague most people eating a "Standard American Diet".
